PxlBuzzard.com
Simple and Brilliant.Information About Me
This is a website built by me and for anyone. I am generally known as Pxl_Buzzard, and I have experience working for Amped Mods, Moddb, and Filefront websites.
My Portfolio
I love to design stuff. I've made a nearly finished RPG game, tons of signatures for forum users, a few forums, a Battlefield 2142 editor, etc. But I have to say that it's also great to build off of what others have done. I have tweaked images for a better appearance, compiled different projects into easy-to-use builds (like getting people's Photoshop brush packs and putting them into an easy installer), and helping to get modifications for games known by getting websites to post things like mod updates for the mod. Anyways, here's some work examples of what I like to do.
http://pxlbuzzard.com - The website that you are viewing right now is my first publicly released website. I like it because it is simple, and, if I wanted too, could add a CMS (Content Management System) system to it, or maybe a topbar, side-ads, etc. I like to leave a design open to edit, and that is what this website can prove.
http://conflictearth.bf2142files.com or http://pxlbuzzard.com/ce : This website was built for a bit for a larger scale environment. You can see that I have roughly the same buttons for links as PxlBuzzard.com has, but is on the other side. This site does allow for more things to be added, because I left room open on both sides. (Note: I did not make the banner at the top of the site.)
http://pxlbuzzard.com/sol (Alpha): This is a new type of look I'm experimenting with, I'm trying out "drop pixel mouseover images" and smaller side links. I am going to implement a CMS system for other developers, so that they don't have to edit any coding to add things like newsposts. I will update this part more once I have finished more of the site.
Other Stuff: I have worked for over a year now at Moddb, doing things like authorising "mods" for games, adding games for people to add their mods too, and choosing the best pictures I could find and add them to the gallery of one of the biggest internet awards, the Mod of the Year award. I have also worked at Battlefield Files, Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter Files, and World of Warcraft Files, doing things like adding newsposts, adding files, and monitoring comments, among other things. I am also part of the famous The Sir. Community, which make films, mods, and other things for games like Battlefield 2. Lastly, there is Amped Mods, which was my beginning stages of making newsposts and adding files to websites, and I thank them for their help in getting me into the internet world.
